Singapore: A near miss between a lorry that was turning right and cam car that has the right of way occur at a traffic junction in Singapore.
In the footage, the cam car was driving straight forward towards a junction. When approaching the junction, a lorry was captured on camera driving out and trying to make a right turn. The lorry did not stop and check before trying to make the turn.
Fortunately, both driver managed to spot each other on time and engaged their brake in the nick of time. Avoiding an accident.
According to highway code, If you are turning right, you must give way to traffic going from all directions. You must also give way to traffic turning right from the right, and to traffic turning left from the opposite direction.
