Singapore: An e-biker was caught on camera beating the red light while not wearing a helmet.
In the submitted video footage, an e-bike can be seen casually riding up to the traffic light and subsequently beating it.
On further examination of the video, the e-biker was not wearing a helmet. The number plate of the e-bike seems to have been blocked off too.
According Singapore Active Mobility Act (AMA), it is a requirement for e-biker to wear a helmet while riding on the road. Failure to do so may incur a fine of up to $75 or more.
