Singapore: A motorcyclist was spotted exiting a HDB carpark free of charge using a pedestrian path.
In the captured footage, the motorcyclist was seen driving along the HDB carpark towards an exit. Everything seems ok, until the motorcyclist approach the exit of the HDB carpark. Turn out, the exit is not your regular carpark exit. But an entry for pedestrian.
It is an offence for motorists to evade payment of parking charges by tailgating other vehicles or bypassing car park gantries at EPS car parks.
